Shipping costs on this site is calculated by the US Postal Service module. Shipper should choose optional insurance, as uninsured orders cannot be refunded for damage in transit. A handling fee of $1.50 per order is added to the calculated postage and shipping fee calculated in the Shopping Cart.
You may return all unused items purchased at Friends of the Coalition within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. Orders damaged in transit should be claimed against US Postal Service insurance. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will cut you a check within 21 days of receiving the returned item or replace the item, depending upon your instructions.
The following items may not be returned:
Uninsured items damaged in shipment; items used or damaged after receipt.
